The Erudite Luddite / There was a time
04-14-25 by vOz
There was a time when calm was the way of things.
No hurries, no schedules, no commitments, just leisurely, tranquil, serenity.
Children played in the fields, adults played at their work, neighbors played with neighbors.
All went about their way, sharing the bounty this land blissfully bestowed.
As nature follows the seasons, truth the way, beauty the ideal.
A dream lived in the mind of an Erudite Luddite.
A memory, a forgotten day, where joy ruled, and peace abound.
When urgency was a trifling, and the moment all.
Dream on, dream on, Erudite Luddite, your course is a blessing to all.
No fear, no hardship, no animus, no opposition.
Together all share a harmonies harvest, in unison we sing your praise.
Erudite Luddite, the wise, the light, infinities delight.
